www.gradgenius.com and the GradGenius mobile application (“We” or “Platform”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. You must register to use the Service. To register, you may need to provide Personal Information, such as your name, age, gender, phone number, email address, billing address, and credit card information. You may also provide other optional information.

We collect and store your location information if you enable your mobile device to send it to us. We may also collect information that identifies the mobile device you are using. Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

Subject to the terms herein regarding a change in business ownership or structure, we do not share personal information (as defined by California Civil Code Section 1798.83) collected by us for the Services we provide you with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without giving you the opportunity to opt in or opt out as more fully described above in the “Choices and Opting Out” section. DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform Platforms and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across Platforms or online services. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
