Refund Policy

The Grad Genius app is a mobile platform that matches essay experts to Customers through subscription payment contracts. The Company will be responsible for disbursing payments to experts upon completion of an assigned contract with customers.

The GradGenius Refund Policy allows you request reimbursement if the given service wasn’t performed by the Essay Expert or Enrolled Candidate in accordance with the requirements set out in your Order. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the quality of work delivered.

For the sake of transparency, we want to highlight certain situations when we can offer a refund.

Resume Download

Resume download costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The resume download payment is a one-time payment that offers unlimited downloading and editing capabilities and so cannot be refunded once payment is made

 

Expert or Current Candidate/Alumni Not Yet Assigned

In the situation where you haven’t been assigned an essay expert,  current candidate or alumni within 48hours, the amount of the refund is always 100%.

Late Cancellation

In the case where the Current Candidate and Essay Expert was confirmed, but you decided to cancel the order, the refund amount will vary from 100% to 65% to cover the effort of GradGenius, the Essay Expert and Current/Alumni Candidates, and their attempt to provide you with the services purchased. This refund only applies in cases where work hasn’t been done yet. If the work was already completed by the Essay Expert and hours have been recorded by the Current/Alumni Candidate, the case will be reviewed as a Dispute Claim. Such claims are checked by the GradGenius Support Team who decides the amount of refund to offer.

Late Delivery

GradGenius will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for late delivery and the exact amount will be discussed with the customer. In cases of Late Delivery due to the Customer’s inability to provide necessary information for order completion, refund can't be granted. That said, it is highly advised that customer sends all information regarding the task, including any additional sources that must be used all at once when placing the order initially.

If all information is provided and the order is still delivered late, a partial refund is possible after investigation.

 

Disputed claims

At GradGenius, we strive to provide customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason the customer is not satisfied with service rendered and wants a refund, our support team would investigate on a case by case basis to determine refund amount

 

Duplicate Order

To cancel an Order placed by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If you let us know the order was made by accident within 12hours, a full refund is issued. If the 12hour time frame is exceeded, the order would be considered as valid and one of the conditions listed above will apply once an expert, current candidate or alumni is assigned to your order

 

Product Authenticity Concerns

If Product’s authenticity is in question, a report (by any reputable service) that provides compelling evidence is required for refund to be issued.
